I've seen that there is a problem with instances. It seems that when an array modifier is placed to an object; this object is instantiated, and then the array is modified, thebounty only takes on account the array modifier of one of them, here is an example image:

Steps to reproduce
Describe how you can trigger the bug:
- Load the scene linked.
- Hit render.
- Result: Only one array's instance is taken into account.
Get same number of objects rendered as the viewport.
